At Benlar Fusion, we offer a unique experience that blends traditional Jamaican and Asian flavors in a delightful fusion cuisine. With each meal, we take you on a culinary journey that highlights the best of both cultures, creating a menu that is bold, flavorful, and memorable.
Our story began with a passion for food and a desire to share the delicious flavors of Jamaica and Asia with the world. Our founder, Craslyn Benjamin, grew up in Jamaica, where she developed a love for the bold flavors as she engaged in farming with her grandfather Clarence Benjamin and cooking with her grandmother, Ethel Morgan an amazing chef. As our founder experience different cultures in traveling and with extensive research, she saw the need and beauty of taking to London the entire world on the plate of its residents.
Our menu features a range of dishes, where we use only the freshest ingredients and our chefs are skilled in combining different spices and herbs creating a unique and memorable experience. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to guide you through the menu and help you choose the perfect dish for your taste buds made by our chefs all the way from Jamaica land we love, including our renowned chef, Chef Durren McLean - his creations will have you licking your fingers and that's a promise. From sweet and sour prepared meats to spring rolls, your stomach will thank you!
